To All My Friends In The Club Freestyle Forum:
It is with deep regret that I must inform you that an un-disclosed name disco in Lima Peru was totally destroyed at 3:00AM(4:00AM Eastern)by a fire which ravaged the building.This disco was a large disco and besides the great disco/freestyle music,they had a few shows going on and many animals on the premises in cages.I can recall a disco I used to work in around 1981 had many different things like that going on at the same time also.This disco in Peru had a juggler who used to juggle blazing batons and he must have had a very serious accident because the batons got away from him and with all the polyester decorations hanging about,the whole place went up quickly.At least 14 people perished and many of those caged animals also perished in the blaze.Club Freestyle has many members around the world so if any of you out there were related to anyone in Lima Peru,I wish to express my sincerest condolences to those families for the losses they are being informed about only now.If any of you get the news from Yahoo,you can see the story and photos there right now.
