Well the festival runs from the begining to the end of spanish harlem. They call it the 116 street festival because that is where the main event is at and it in the center of it all. Also 116 street is the heart of spanish harlem. From 106 all the way to 121st street are other performances as well. But the main performances happen in 116 street. If you would like to come up and see what Im talking about then maby you can understand where Im coming from.

No the festival is saturday because the festival is always a day before the parade.
Oh I do agree with undacvrfrstylr on 103 to 110 being the heart of spanish harlem it's true. I should know I live here.😀
