I JUST STARTED IT TODAY :jumpr THE EPHEDRA FREE ONE.... STILL EXERCISING AS WELL AND EATING RIGHT! SO FAR ITS WORKING!!!!! NOT HUNGRY BUT DRINKING ALOT OF H20!!!!!! :sflower

OMG, people, I bought Trim Spa yestarday, and took 1 and i can not tell you how sick it made me! :barf 1st i felt like my heart was going to explode......:nono Then at night i was sooooo nauseous! I wanted to CRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any one else ever take these terrible things?? Chrissy:crap
