What is that reoutation thingy here on CF?? Does anyone have one?? I want one lol :p

what is that reputation thingy?

Can someone please tell me what is this "rate a reputation" thing for CF members? What does it mean? And when you have a certain amount of points, what do you get for it? Or is it there to "criticize"? :huh :confused
