anybody know when and where it is this year and when do the tix go on sale?

does anyone know if guys can wear velour suits cuz my boyfriend just has surgery on his shoulder and his arm is in a sling for a few weeks so thats about the only thing he can get on he can just zipper it.he cant get on a dress shirt.. i called the club and they told me to ask ktu..does anyone...
