I hate them my skin is so sensitive that when I get bitten they turn red and irritate the shit out of me even with the fukin bug spray I got bitten any suggestions to eep from scratching or the fukers biting me?

I got them all over my legs & thighs. They are itchin so bad so I am scratchin like crazy even though I know I shouldn't. I hate these damn little bugs but they must love my sweet skin that's why they attack me....LOL;)
