Mike Lockwood, better known to wrestling fans as Crash Holly and Mad Mikey passed away yesterday afternoon. He was 34. Lockwood had been staying at Stevie Richards' apartment in Tampa, Florida and was pronounced dead at around 1 p.m. No further details are available at this point.
