I was watching BET today and wow it's changed so much since I first started watching it about 7yrs ago (before that it wasn't available in Canada)...and a lot of shows and people have come and gone...but to me the most memorable after AJ and Free would have to be Cita...wonder why they cancelled...

I dont know if you guys are awar eof this but BET has a half hr video show on every night at 11:30 called "Grown Folks Music" (God Im 28 and that makes me feel old...lol) Anyway, they played some really good videos last night including "I Wonder If I Take You Home" by Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam...
