Why not mix mainstream music with freestyle music on a radio station? Do "use" (you all) think that freestyle will get more attention?

I know that everyone will agree with me in reference to freestyle needing a major change for the better. The songs and lyrics are out there but most of the productions are under produced and lacking creativity.

What ever happened to the artists that were bangin out the Bay? I remember when there were so many and they were doing good, it was like a freestyle come back and now you don't really hear of anything from that region. I'm glad that S.F. got a new dance station Cali's been over due for one, but...
