Will those be sold in the states (or is that what you were referring to?)?

If not - how do we go about purchasing them?

Hi Sophia,

Make your order directly to both sites concerned:

htp://www.distelmedia.de

htp://www.zyx.de

"Freestyle vol.22" could be ordered to your local store. ZYX is a bigger German label.

In Canada, you can order/purchase the cd HMV; in the US you can buy it for US$13 from any tower records location or online here:

ZYX did an outstanding job with the promotion of "Freestyle Vol.22". The promo kit is well presented with a glossy colour 3 part introduction, two 15 second audio ad spots a 10 sec tag and a 30 second tv spot.

The tv spots are now airing on VivaTV and MTV2 in Germany. I'm impressed! imo, no other label in the world has put the media dollars of this kind behind a freestyle compilation the way ZYX has with this hit series.

The media kit states they bought 60 spots (combination of tags and spot) to be aired in April and May. Watch for bundled ZYX tags on specialty shows like "club rotation" with Daisy Dee, "Top 100" and "Neu bei Viva".

You are right Peter, we only get what they send us at our record pool. The kit's materials include a press release, bilingual promotional campaign schedule and the monthly ZYX sampler cd bundle, which this month included Freestyle vol.22 with the tag "TV Advertised" imprinted on it. We obviously won't see any spots for it anywhere outside of Germany and wish them continued success with the series.

Since Tuesday, the suggested retail price for the cd was reduced to US $12 by many retailers so some copies will be moving.
